Even though we are still in the early stages of this adoption process. The sacrifices are already taking place. Time, money, privacy, more time, more money.
During this process, I have thought to myself, Why do they make it so hard for us to help people?
Today my though process was a little different.
Let me start with a little background. I have 3 biological children. I thought to myself today. If any of my 3 children were lost/missing what would I do to find them? My answer.... Anything and Everything. Then I though, even though I may not have met these children before. The children we are adopting are our children. I will do anything/everything I need to do to bring them safely home. I will fight for all of my children even the ones who don't yet call me mom.
Don't worry kids, I am going to find you and bring you home safe!!
